Exchange Now
My goal was to design a bold, future-forward identity for ExchangeNow. One that unites the ServiceNow community through connection, knowledge, and collaboration.
-
ExchangeNow is a community-driven initiative supporting ServiceNow experts and enthusiasts across WA and NT. Built to bring people and platforms together, the brand needed to reflect professionalism, approachability, and momentum. This wasn’t just about creating a logo, it was about building a brand that sparks connection, encourages knowledge sharing, and energises every interaction within the ServiceNow community.
-
The challenge was to craft a brand identity that felt both corporate and community-focused, something polished enough for professional settings yet dynamic enough to inspire collaboration. The visual system needed to be adaptable for both digital and real-world environments, from online platforms to live meetups, while reflecting the innovative spirit of the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Future-Forward Identity:
I developed a clean logo paired with confident, modern typography to reflect clarity and momentum. The identity is bold yet approachable, designed to resonate with professionals while remaining open and inviting to newcomers.Dynamic Visual System:
The visual language is grounded in structure but infused with energy. A flexible colour palette, modular layouts, and motion-friendly elements allow the brand to scale across digital content, presentation decks, merchandise, and event signage, all while maintaining consistency.Built for Community Growth:
Every aspect of the brand was designed with longevity and adaptability in mind. Whether it's powering conversations at a meetup or drawing attention online, the system helps reinforce ExchangeNow as the go-to hub for ServiceNow engagement in the region.

The new ExchangeNow identity brings clarity, energy, and cohesion to the community it supports. It enhances the professionalism of each interaction while staying true to the collaborative, forward-thinking culture of ServiceNow users. The result is a brand that not only represents the community, it grows with it.
